I got called for a phone interview 7 days after i applied online. Then I got a call for a face to face interview with a center manager at one of my local locations 3 days after my phone interview that took place 7 days after my phone interview. Next I I had a face to face interview with the area manager 3 days after my first face to face. From then i was invited to a 4 hour observation day after completion of that i got offered the job and I gladly accepted.

The interview was very simple but efficient. The interviewer was personable and showed interest in what I was looking for and goals. He communicated and kept me informed throughout the entire interview process.

Entretien
The interview process was very efficient. I like the way they conduct their interviews so they find the right talent. The interviews are set up to make sure they have serious canidates.
