Entretien
You have to apply online even if you go through a recruiter. Then HR reviews your application and resume. Then on to the Hiring Manager. The latter didn't even work in the field. His questions were off the top of his head. You could tell he really wanted some one from Honeywell instead of an outsider. They call themselves a "start up" but in fact they are a divestiture. Same ole management, facilities and products.

Mostly random and open ended. The interviewer in this case was largely clueless- he didn't even work in the field. He probably didn't understand the responses as simple as I tried to keep them.
Please go through you skills as applied to this position. How do you get your information? What other items do you care to share? Don't waste your time unless a. you already work for Honeywell, b. you need an entry level job c. you need a job.
