      J'ai postulé via une agence de recrutement. Le processus a pris 2 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Advaiya (Udaipur, Rajasthan) en nov. 2018

      Entretien

      I applied for the post through one consultancy. After getting call for shortlisting. #1st round Telephonic Interview: In that round it takes almost 1.30 hrs. In that,the interviewer asked me the depth about the role and responsibilities in current organization. Then he started with the basic question and ending with the higher level concept and technicality of the project management and business analysis. After completion of #1st round of interview I got the call form the consultancy, that I am selected for the #2nd round of interview, for that I need to go to udaipur for the personal (F2F) interview. For that company will pay you the TA. (Which is very good). #2nd Round (F2F): It take almost 2.30 hrs. In which there are total 3 interviewer all are the director of key departments. In that The also asked the basic level to higher technical level questions.Form my side I am much positive for getting the job. Then the company owner come and she take the formal interview. And interview is almost end-up with saying we will let you know if you are selected for the post. (It happens, Might have many interview line-up for the post.) After 5 day I asked to consultancy for status of my interview result. Consultancy executives contact the advaiya and got the answer like :: "Now we are putting that profile on hold, we are still in search for appropriate candidate." (It happens) After exact one month of Interview date, I again contact the consultancy and said "I am much positive for working with advaiya and if, the salary is constraint then I am open for the Negotiation". Consultancy executive again contact the company, They said, "tell the candidate, that company owner is coming to candidates location for some company meeting in next week, arrange the meeting with candidate and discuss the scenario. " After not receiving any acknowledgement form the consultancy as well as company. I again contact the consultancy, "and consultancy again come with same answer that, no, company is still thinking on you profile and bit confuse. So, they let you know if they reach at the positive decision" Over all company is very good, they are treating very well to the candidates. All directors and company employee are very good. But, they are not happy to give the proper salary to the candidates. If, one candidate is not proper or don't have technically sound then as a managerial level company guys always identified the potential of the candidate. For, that no need to waste the 1.30 hrs in telephonic interview and 2.30 hrs in F2F interview. If, you are not happy to give you the asked salary then why you guys just shortlisting the candidate who have higher salary and out you capacity. Please don't play with the emotions with the needy one and fix with your stand.
