I met the engineering manager at a career fair. 3-4 weeks later, I got a call from the recruiter asking to set up a phone interview. The phone interview was about 10 minutes, super easy, and she asked me to come the following week for an on-site. They paid for a train ticket and my Uber for me to visit the site. I was asked to do a 20-25 minute presentation about a project of mine, and a few engineers asked me questions throughout. Then I had 1:1 interviews with a few engineers.
