The interview process appeared standard, similar to those of other companies. It began with an initial HR screening, followed by several interviews with the hiring manager and team members. The initial screening wasn't particularly useful. Communications from the hiring team were sporadic and often included conflicting details depending who you spoke to.

Three or four rounds of interviews. A Bachelor's Degree is required. If you don't have one, don't bother. They will decline your application even if you have more than 3 years of experience in that position.
