Interview was conducted to understand the HR domain related processes, SQL technology, support related experience & trouble shooting approach. Once cleared was required to give the machine test demonstrate the technical knowledge. Then HR interviewed on soft skills.

The interview process was quite good. Good communication skills and basic understanding of sql queries is required like update delete insert and joins. Travel will also be required. Also you will get on-site opportunities.
