Hiring process involved screening round followed by functional head round, collaborative department head round, Business head round and finally HR round again. Every round had the consistency of asking me next level questions and none of the round was repititive.

3 interviews - HR, hiring manager, hiring managers manager. Took ages between each interview. All very enthusiastic the crickets. Nothing. No thanks but no thanks. when I followed up HR said they would
Call me on the Wednesday of that week. I'm still waiting! I've applied for roles at Adobe twice. Same both times. Never again
