First video Interview with the hiring manager in Sweden. The next video interview was with the hiring managers peer from Netherland and the third and final interview was the case presentation via video call. The interviewers were pleasant and friendly and ask questions to understand your work experience Vs the advertised position. The interviewers really lacked the other industry exposure and were asking easy/lame questions. The negative experience is with the HR partner, they do not keep us updated and did not have any courtesy to inform that you are selected/not selected for the position and only ghosted. Irony is 2 different HR partners were involved in scheduling interviews.
