Interviewed for senior director. Major concern was that it took so many people and so many interviews to get to a decision. Everyone was VERY nice and professional, although not all had prepared, and there were overlapping questions (why leaving last job, etc..)
There were few deep technical questions, problem solving, etc, but that is to be expected at this level. it was much more about the variety of areas I had worked in, and what I could bring to Adobe. The team was genuinely interested in what I had done in other companies to address problems of innovation and improving teamwork and effectiveness of teams. In fact, after joining, the teams accepted a number of those ideas wholeheartedly. Truly a "best idea wins" kind of company.
