The interview process for contractors is very easy and short. It is usually the hiring manager at first who connects with you then a SME followed by an offer. The calls are very short less than 30 minutes and are more conversational. I think it depends on the manager but Adobe is heavy on cross functional work so highlight that in your call. I believe that is what got me the role.
