There were 3 stages: HR interview, interview with my manager, and a presentation for the team. The quality of the whole process was way above the competition, there were timely updates and clarifications, everything was clear. I truly enjoyed the professionalism of the team and the process itself!

Question 1
The first interview was mostly about my motivation for the position, background and people skills. The second focused on my technical skills and some deeper insights about the role. At the last one I made a presentation for the team describing my strategy and approach - what exactly I'm about to do in the new role.

Five stages - Initial chat was with the hiring team, next was my future manager, the third was a chemistry meeting with the wider team, fourth was a presentation and the final round was with my future sales team.

Applied through a referral. HR screening, Hiring Manager, Team interview , Panel interview
Everyone seemed to appreciate my skillset, experience till the last round
Observations on the panel round:
1. The person who referred me was on the panel interview (I've never seen this to be allowed anywhere else in my career)
2. 2 Panelists had made up their minds on not hiring me, and kept asking same questions over and over again. At one point one panelist shut this person off saying the candidate has already answered this question
3. One of these unruly panelists grinningly asked me trick question 'why should we not hire you'
4. Shared the outcome 1 month and 2 email follow ups later
5. Very limited ad-tech/industry questions mainly focused on putting down candidates and weilding power (panel round only) the rest of the people were quite decent and in-fact appreciated my knowledge
