As for the manager role, you go through a written test, group discussions, and personality quiz and one o one interview and an HR interview round. the Group discussion can a a tat bit difficult considering your competitors in the room with you. One that you cannot escape is the personality test that fits the profile, nothing major can be done there . Overall the whole interview experience is not that difficult , it is more to do with how good you are at salesmenship and how driven you are at the end of the day .

Interview was just a half an hour conversation with the a.r.m and the hiring did have any proper induction. Although the other management still believes that a proper induction was provided
