      J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Adeva en août 2024

      Entretien

      The initial interview process with Adeva to join their developers' network was relatively fast. I had a screening call with a recruiter followed by a technical interview with one of their engineers. The technical interview included a wide range of questions about technology, problem solving, infrastructure, and databases. Unfortunately, my experience turned very negative afterward. I went through a second round of interviews for a specific client project. This involved a conversation with Adeva’s HR, a technical interview with the client’s engineering team and a final interview with the client's manager. The whole process took around 1–2 months. After completing all stages, Adeva completely ghosted me for four months. They kept saying they were finalizing contract details with the client and that the role would happen soon. Four months without clarity or closure is unacceptable especially for a company that claims to connect developers with serious opportunities. Terrible communication and support throughout the process. Huge red flag. I would not recommend going through an interview process with Adeva.

      1. Initial interview with an HR contact from the company. 2. Technical interview with one of their developers. The person who interviewed me struggled with English. He spoke very basic English. This made it difficult when I gave him answers that were not phrased the same way he had memorised them. He kept Googling stuff during the interview and asking me that stuff. Adeva should have 2 interviewers for control. They should also have interviewers who speak fluent English.
