I was contacted by Director of Embedded Software stating he finds my resume very interesting and would like to discuss the opportunity with me. Called up on time and asked to describe my experience with Embedded software in internship and recent position. He explained the work company does and then asked me to describe how do I match the work and position in his company and redescribe myself keeping with respect to matching skills

Entretien
HR and Hiring Manager were very unprofessional. After 2 rounds of telephonic interview, Hiring Manager cancelled onsite interview a few hours before I was going to fly in for Onsite.
Also, I've NOT been refunded cost of ticket for Onsite Interview.

Entretien
- Initial meeting with recruiting company
- In this stage i talked to a representative from a recruitment company. I spoke with her about my skills and responsibilities at my previous workplace's.
- 4 Hour remote technical interview with company engineers
- An in depth interview covering a range of skills and knowledge in c and c++ as well as some brain teasers. This was conducted over skype.
- Follow up meeting with HR
- Met with Adept HR to discuss Salary and living as i was moving from Australia to the USA.
- Employment offer and Visa application process
- Completed a wide range of documentation and applied to get an E3 visa. All of the hard stuff was handled by the Adept attorneys.
