After received my resume, I experienced 2 phone interviews. First one is with a Sr. Data Scientist, and I got response from HR on the next day. Then I was scheduled another one with VP Engineer. Both went very well. No brain teasers, they mainly focused on my resume and the projects I have done. Then I got an on-site invitation. Six 1-vs-1 meetings are scheduled including VP Engineering, CTO, Principal Engineer, and CEO etc. There was a lunch meeting with Sr. Data Scientist. At the end, meeting with CEO is skipped. There is no challenging questions only fair questions and my experiences listed on the resume. Now I have worked in Adelphic for 8 months and I enjoy working here very much. Everyone is friendly to each other.
