FIRST ROUND: Two days of first round interviews, with approx 20 candidates on each day. I attended the second day. All day experience, 9- 4:30. Talk in the morning from the CEO, followed by group presentation where you are observed by current employees. Then presentations from the different subcompany divisions before lunch. The afternoon consisted of up to three separate F2F 40 minute interviews with the subcompanies that were interested in you. SECOND ROUND: 10-1 duration. Not sure how many days of second round interviews, but approx 8 candidates present on the day I was interviewed. Data analysis tests, and literature/grammar exam. Some candidates also did an inbox/priority assessment. Subsequent second interviews with the subcompanies that were interested in you following the first round.
