I was asked to fill out a written assessment - responding to 5 questions. Then take a personality test. From there I was selected for a virtual interview. The gentleman interviewing me was lax to the point of being unprofessional. He did not know if this was my first or second interview with the company and had to ask me... He then glanced over my resume (seemingly for the first time) and told me I was not qualified for the position - after doing all of that work to get the interview in the first place. Totally unorganized and unprofessional.
