It was thorough. They went through every job from beginning to end, ensuring to explain any gaps in employment. The answers needed to be honest and transparent.

Was asked questions about items on the resume and what position and pay rate I was looking for. Was told I would get an email with position details. Got ghosted.

There was two interviews stages. First interview with human resource and another with managers I was to work with. The time in between the two interview was a long wait.
