This was my second time interviewing with this company, and I can safely say that they are not reliable at all in terms of helping one land a job. My first experience I remember the recruiter said that they'll send my resume over to the hiring manager and I never heard anything after three weeks despite following up. Recently, I submitted my resume through CareerBuilder and was contacted shortly thereafter by an Addison recruiter. Brief chat on the phone and scheduled me to come into the office. The onsite interview was approximately 30 minutes, and the recruiter told me to check in early next week. I followed up, and they said that the position has been filled. Don't waste your time here, the recruiters just want to make their commissions.
