Was made up of two stages, the first one being online through a Google Teams Meeting and the second stage being a more in-depth face-to-face interview. The first stage was a bit more informal and more of a session to get to know the candidate whereas the second stage was much more thorough in order to determine if the candidate was going to be a good fit for the role once finding out more about their previous experience.

Received a short phone call from Liam to check interest/compatibility with the role. Expectations/job role were clearly set out here. Then invited to first stage interview on Google Meets with Liam and Phil. Fairly in depth with a range of questions, but was relaxed/comfortable atmosphere. Received a call the next day with an invite to an in person interview. This was with Chris and Meg and was similar questioning to first stage, but with a more in depth discussion about job role. Again was a relaxed/comfortable atmosphere. Then received a call from Liam same day to offer me a job.
