      J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Adcap Network Systems

      Entretien

      Initially, I received an email about a written test that will be scheduled later throughout the week. In that email, there are subjects provided that will cover the initial written screening. You will most likely receive around 7 un-necessary emails about the scheduled written exam and topics covered. I honestly feel that the person in charge of recruiting needs to work on his organization skills. During the written exam, you will notice that this position is not really for entry level or new fresh grads as there are tons of people who have experience in actually doing Cisco work before. I would say the process of having a written exam to compare in scores against others is not an efficient manner in selecting who is entry level or not. I know in the previous review that the response is their junior engineers scored a 95% or higher is not a true statement at all. In order to do well on this screening, I would recommend just reading mostly on Cisco network standards.

      Thanks for your feedback. The position is a true entry level position; you may be referring to the age demographic of the group. Entry Level does not necessarily imply right out of undergraduate. Many of the candidates were mid-career changing industries after returning to technical school. The candidates we hired from this recent group all scored above 95% on the evaluation and none of them have any previous working experience with Cisco. We are open to other ideas how to evaluate if someone has a good grasp of the fundamental skills required to be successful in an entry level position.
