      Entretien

      I had an HR call and then a case study interview. The HR call went well, she asked a basic profit related case study question. The case study interview was with two people, and a little harder if you don't come from an agile consulting background so prepare for the case study by researching on agile concepts.

      Not the best experience. The process was fast and it was pretty standard for what you see across management consulting. The case study interviewer was much more curt than other experiences. Also, someone joined the interview 10 minutes in - never spoke, didn’t introduce themselves, camera was off, etc. Found this to be strange, unprofessional, and really threw off the course of the interview.

      Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, sorry your experience didn’t meet expectations. That’s not the standard we aim for at ADAPTOVATE. To clarify, we sometimes invite a second consultant to silently sit in on case interviews as part of their interviewer training. Our standard process is to let candidates know in advance (usually at the time of scheduling), and at the start of the interview, the trainee will briefly turn on their camera, introduce themselves, and then remain off-camera and on mute to avoid any disruption. It sounds like this process wasn’t clearly communicated or followed during your interview, and we take full responsibility for that. I’ve personally followed up with the team to make sure this protocol is properly reinforced moving forward. We appreciate your candid feedback, it helps us get better.

      Unprofessional recruitment process - went through all 5 rounds (as listed on their website still) and received a verbal offer that could only materialise after a few months due to "business planning". turns out to be the biggest lie. They came back saying there is a final final case interview with the founder! Because they updated their recruitment process! After giving a verbal offer! Wow! Their founder is now available to case ALL entry level consultants! Note to all consultants applying, PLEASE be aware of this new requirement to do a FINAL final case interview with the founder? WOW! what an exciting opportunity! this company and their founders must have a lot of time on their hands! Thanks for wasting my time and lying!
