At ADAPTOVATE levelling is based on capability, scope, and demonstrated impact, not years of experience alone. Our title structure is typically one level lower than many consulting firms and we aim to clarify this early to ensure alignment. Our Senior Consultant is expected to independently own client workstreams, lead problem solving with minimal supervision and consistently deliver impact. Where there is a mismatch between experience and level expectations, We apply the same decision consistently across all candidates.
