If you are applying as a fresher you will be asked the different types of layouts basics of css , php n jave.. the process is quite tough but if you are smart you can crack it eaisly

Diff b/w include and require function in php , swing in java , max execution time of php script , how to write on screen something without using echo or print function some questions from css 3 , transition , timing function in css , margin border .. don't remember etc. .

Entretien
The process took two days, first day online test on html and css, after qualify the test, they tell me to come tommorow for the face to face interview, then that day the process took the whole day, 1 to 2 hours of waiting then they call all the students in the room, then there is a session of alertness test and and random questions.
