My second round happened with assistant director and they guy was more interested in knowing my client name, whom i used to work with, who are the higher management, the dept they are in and what kind of work i or my team used to do with my previous employer. He literally searched their name on LinkedIn to know exactly who they were. I feel this is a senisitive issue, and unethical. I have already informed my previous manager about it. But again, this shows the kind of environment the company has.

It was easy and they ask some questions from technical perspective. They ask about the introduction and then moved into technical perspective. They ask about CMS knowledge and email marketing tools that use in the common world in digital marketing.
