An sich flüssiges Gespräch und Enthusiasmus für die Firma. Wertschätzung scheint Activision aber nicht besonders wichtig zu sein: 1. Frage im Gespräch war wie mein Name noch einmal war und als ich an späterer Stelle mitteilte dass ich mich zwischen dem Activision Angebot und dem einer anderen Firma entscheiden muss kam erst gar keine Antwort mehr geschweige denn auf meine darauf folgende Absage an Activision. -Anzeichen für mangelnde Wertschätzung und unprofessionelles Verhalten

After taking the test and waiting over 2 months in total since applying, I was invited for an interview. In the advert they were looking for a tester for several projects, in fact at the interview they said that there was only one left. In general the tech lead was nice to talk to, but didn't know or didn't want to tell me important hiring information. No complaints to the tech lead, only to HR who for 2 months are not able to check the key points in the CV.

It's not just the interview, the whole hiring process takes more than three months! why? I told them that I wpuld need to be sponsored for my visa and they weren't that they will sponsor or not for the position, but they put me on hold for two months! The job ad should have been clearer to say whether they were going to do that or not.
