From the beginning I felt HR doesn't handle my application well - I applied for a Gameplay Developer whereas during second round of interview I heard I am applying for a UI developer. I let it go, coz I thought I am not applying for position in HR but dev, so their HR quality doesn't concern me so much. It took me 3 or 4 rounds, around 8 people and 1 month of time to get the offer. We clarified the terms of the offer, and I asked them to proceed with the contract. 2 weeks later they came back to me saying HQ cut their hiring plan and there is no position for me. That's it. They have burnt me 2 months in total for nothing while my work visa is running out.
