Entretien
There is a phone screen with a hiring manager where you're asked your interests and salary requirements. (They do not have a range for compensation themselves and are still trying to figure it out from people's expectations). Then there may be an onsite or phone interview with CTO and /or CEO for 1 hour going over a candidate's background and applicable skills.

Question 1
The "CTO" (Drew K.) had me interview on-site because he was very interested in my education and experience and said it was directly applicable to the job. He spent all his time picking my brain on what it's like at my current company, then told me the next day that my skills don't apply.

Entretien
A 30 minute phone interview with the CEO and then in-person meeting for a couple of hours, followed by an assignment. The in-person discussion was with a panel comprising of CEO, CTO and a Jr. Product Manager.
