1. Screening and Initial Application - Submit your application, resume, certifications, licensures. Highlight relevant experience in ABA Therapy, leadership roles, etc.
2. Recruitment or HR Interview - can be brief phone interview or in person. Typically focuses on experience, understanding of ABA therapy, and interest in the company.
3. First round interview (In person) - can also be group panel. Meet with a member of leadership team, Senior Clinical Manager and BCBA. Focuses on assessing your leadership style, management skills, clinical knowledge.
4. Clinical Case Presentation - assess and create a treatment plan. Focuses on exercising your clinical expertise, problem-solving, and decision making.
5. Second Round interview (in person) - Senior leadership team and upper management
6. Offer and negotiation - asks questions and negotiate rate
7. On-boarding and training - can be a few weeks
