I received a phone call from the CEO and arrange date. I went on time and spent 2 hours listening to his purpose from hiring me and explaining my plans and ideas for solving the problems he complained. He had high turn-over, and increase in hiring due to business expanding and in same case he has to make ramp-up to catch certain target or customer requirement. TH interview was fruitful and I got the job and provide business plan.
