Applied online, and was initially interviewed for an Automation QA position with code demo, problem-solving challenges and tech questions. Then after a few days, I got an email recommending me for a Senior Developer in Test position because I would outgrow the original position quickly. The interview was within a few days, the interview took more than 2 hours with coding, code review and general tech questions. Followed by a 1-2-1 with the hiring manager to discuss salary etc. Received an email the next day with the good news
