The interview process is unnecessarily long and complex. One-week design challenge to work on their products. No feedback or response until 1 month after the final interview. The HR gave me an offer via phone but never hear anything back after that. The worst interview experience I have ever had. Do not apply unless you just want to practice your interview skill.
