Met with the office manager. Interview went well. She basically told me that I had the job and that the last meeting was for formality to meet with the producer. Weeks went by and neither reached out to me to schedule the meeting. Then I received an email stating that they were not moving forward with me for the job.

First call was with a recruiter who simply inquired on my work experience and availability. The second interview was a phone call with my future manager to again ask on my work experience. Finally, the third interview was me coming into the office to meet the team members I would be working with. Each of them spoke with me and gained an understanding of my personality and compatibility with the team.
