First contact was a phone interview with HR representative using questions prepared by someone else in the company, all after I had applied on LinkedIn. Went well, and when I called to follow up 4 days later, we scheduled a second interview with the man who would be my boss. Second interview went well. After following up 5 days later, I was scheduled for a third interview which would have the original two individuals, plus 3 "big wigs" in attendance as well. Third interview (I thought) went very well. UNFORTUNATELY, I was not told I would not be offered the position until two weeks later. I tried getting in touch with the HR rep multiple times with no success, and eventually had to call the guy who would have been m boss only to find out they were "going to keep looking, good luck". I would have been a perfect fit, somebody must have not liked the cut of my jib or something. What a shame and waste of my time.
