Over the phone interview. They asked me the same questions in 2012 as they did in 1996! I worked part time when I was younger, left for awhile, went back after my son was older. Same process.

I was sent an email and a text. I replied. Then received a phone call shortly after. I am waiting for the support team to call me back and give me instructions to set up my paycheck.
