Second Round - Face to Face with the Sales Manager who understands more about your current role.. Asks for a quick demo of what you have been selling so far, your strengths and weakness
Third Round - Sales Director < Face to Face/ Telephonic / Skype > - More on the kind of targets you are working on, your ability to work under pressure, your role or contribution in getting revenue to the company

Entretien
I applied in October, but they contacted me in February. There was a 15 minute phone screen with their internal recruiter followed within the week by an hour long phone interview with the hiring manager. Although I was invited to the office, they ultimately decided to postpone the role. The process was seamless and I'm looking forward to applying to them again when the role opens up.
