1st stage with HR where they asked a few capability questions. 2nd stage with a current Relationship Manager which focussed on experience. 3rd stage with Chief of Staff, again more of a conversation but looking into experience and why I was applying for the role. 4th stage a case study and presentation based on data they provide you.
