J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Achievement First
Entretien
I applied online and had to submit a cover letter and resume. I also filled out an online application that had some pretty extensive written response questions. I was contacted for a phone interview by the recruiter and we discussed typical teacher interview questions (i.e. Tell me about your data, what are your strengths as a teacher, what would your kids say about you, etc). After that I was invited to a final interview. During the interview I toured the campus and did a sample teach. Finally there was a debrief session on my sample teach and more interview questions. It was obvious that teachers who work there really care about kids and are really passionate about the mission of the school. It also seemed like kids were happy and engaged and that Achievement First has some great systems in place to help kids.

The interview process seemed to be quite simple and straight forward. I spoke with a recruiter after I applied and did a phone interview with them before setting up an interview for in person with the principal. The entire process was pretty straight forward and explained prior to the in person interview.
