We talked on the phone for thirty minutes. The conversation was very natural and flowed smoothly. The interviewer made sure I knew as much about the schools and program as possible.

When was a time when you received professional feedback and how did you react and did your actions change?
Recruiter reached out and scheduled an informal 30-minute phone interview, which was followed by an application with essay questions, then a longer scheduled virtual interview including preparing a lesson plan.

Interview was well put together. 2 phone interviews then a final interview with the principal and other figures giving a demo lesson. Also had another one where I practiced in front of a recruiter before my final.

Entretien
The process is pretty straight forward application, phone interview, references, and demo lesson interview. The demo lesson was a video call due to the epidemic with the school principal, talent acquisition member, and 2 deans. During all exchange of contact they were very genuine and welcoming.
