It was a very thorough interview and hiring process. Constant communication before the interview helped me realize what was required of me before coming into the interview. Once I arrived I was treated with respect and attended to on a timely matter. While being interviewed I felt comfortable and intrigued by the questions that were asked. Such as if I was familiar with the "Law of Attraction" Leaving the interview I felt happy and grateful for the experience.

Informal conversation discussing motivations and desires with employment here more than work history. This is really all there was to the review process. The interview was with my future team leader rather than an HR representative.

one on one interview with Team Leader. Simple and to the point, objectives and expectations made clear, calm and comfortable. I had little to no experience in the position and they had no problem with training me to help me get to the point of where I can be an effective team member.
