The interview process was simple and easy. I shared with my interviewer that I was going to go out of town for a wedding and asked if it was possible to start after this trip. Respectfully, I didn’t want to start a new position knowing that I need to take several days off to go out of down. The interviewer assured me that this wouldn’t be an issue and that I would be contacted with start times for training and availability for shifts. I never received a follow up call. When I sent the recruiter a text and email, I never heard back. I would have appreciated the recruiter to be upfront and let me know that the company was looking to fill the position immediately vs. telling me that starting at a later time would be no issue.

Entretien
Two rounds of interviews.
The first round was a personality interview to ensure a good cultural and personality fit.
The second round was a sales-focused interview with two different sales managers, one of whom became my sales manager.
The process was quick and efficient, with clear communication throughout.
