I applied online for a couple positions and got called back for the one I had less experience for. I'd worked as a Payment Remittance Processor before so I asked if that position was closed. They said I would need previous experience to be considered for it, so I pointed out to them that it was listed on my resume.
I got an in person interview, the Managers seemed nice. Questions were straight forward and made sense for the position. Things like are you responsible enough to handle confidential customer information? How do you handle deadlines?
In the interview I asked what the schedule was to make sure I could make it work. I was told one thing but after I accepted the offer and got out of training it was changed to something different.
I was told I could change it after a few months, but then was denied the request. So I'm not sure how honest they are in their interviews.
