I went to an open house event in Tempe AZ. You sign in & provide a resume. Disorganized and called in people by name & moved that group around to 2 locations, then to a conference room where a person went over company history and the job. Then we were moved as a group to another room where we were called one by one for an interview. They are moving into a new building in Tempe near the Marketplace which is a drive longer than what I was hoping for. I was interviewed by 2 young people. Given only 3 questions- 1 is below and another was can I attend training without being absent-yes. They left the room. Came back less than 30 seconds later & stated I would hear by Friday( in 3 days including Christmas). Never received a call nor an email. Wouldn't want to work for a company that is unprofessional NOT to even send a rejection email.
