Group interview of 9 individuals. Questions directed individually - required to answer publically They required several tasks that seem ridiculous. One being playing with legos for 3 minutes as they "evaluate you". All directed questions are scored by manament. Overall, the entire process seemed unrealistic for the occupational standards. In other words - overboard is an understatement. You're not applying into lawenforcement or Nasa.. CSR work is not rocket science and the skillset needed is trivial at best. Unprofessional, unrealistic expectations and highly missleading.
