Overall, a typical interview process beginning with a screening, phone interview, and then going in person for various in person and video meetings. Overall, a hugely white male dominated space and they are looking to “diversify” in hiring entry level positions, mostly women. The interview with my potential manager was bizarre in that he was trying to probe me to be uncomfortable by asking many questions like a “client” might, I wasn’t uncomfortable but he relished in that his newly hired assistant also in the room was obviously. I know this because he literally said it all out loud. Overall most of the guys were nice but this guy definitely enjoys having hot air blown up his pipe from the women in the office.
