Very long interview process. Phone interview with local recruiter, hr, director and finally American head office in Texas, managers and technical people. A lot of gap in communication between interviews. Local recruiter not sure about American HR plans, HR not sure about managers plans, technical people don't know managers plans or roadmap. Interviewers were not sure about their long term plans in UK due to just being acquired by Fortive. Felt like a trail processes of hiring few technical people in UK and see how things goes.
