I applied online, went through screening call and 1st round interview. Interviewer was very smart and enjoyed talking with them. Received good feedback via HR and was asked to give availability for 2nd round and then was ghosted!

Entretien
Very approachable and friendly people. Questions were interesting and whole process was very organised. Had a tour on interview which gave a great insight into what the company manufactures and packages.

Entretien
Met in the interview room with two interviewers. There was a glass of water in front of me poured beforehand, no introduction in any way of the company and started to be bombarded with questions. Little eye contact as both interviewers were taking notes, with an occasional fake smile from the woman leading the interview. My every single competency question was interrupted by her, who asked me in a patronising tone “And what have you learnt from it?”. Absolutely abhorrent soft skills... I proceeded to answer every question with “I’ve learnt that...”, which I assume it was expected from me and appeared to have helped with notes taking.
A week later I received email with the following feedback “We do not recommend her for the position of...”, as if they've forgotten to read my name.
Considering how my interview went and the fact that your company offers no flexible working (cannot start at 8.30 am to do some of the school runs, it's 8 am to 4.30 pm set in stone), I also do not recommend anyone with an ounce of self respect work for you. No amount of money would justify “forgetting” that one has parental responsibilities, and the 22-28 k per year for 40 hours work (8-4.30) is particularly poor.
