      Investing in a new interviewer would help this company do better to obtain high-quality candidates for this position. Eating food that is flying all over the screen is distracting to any person interviewing. It was the longest 10 minute interview and being asked unreasonable questions. Nothing high level or intelligent to hire the proper person for the role.

      Interviewer was obsessed with talking about a 2021 article they wrote, which was written for basic people to understand the company. Interviewer seemed to cared more that you read their article than learn about my qualifications. All this while food is flying over the screen as they talk. Hire someone professional to interview your company. You will go further than the clients and comments you are getting about this issue.

      I recently had a very unusual interview for the Chief Marketing Strategist position at Unbundled Attorney. The interviewer was unfriendly, extremely smug, and downright rude. It felt like their goal was to make the interview as awkward as possible, and they certainly succeeded. If this is how they treat candidates during an interview, I can't imagine how they treat their employees. In full transparency, there were a few asks prior to the 15-minute meeting (who schedules a 15-minute interview?!). I was asked to: 1. Add my LinkedIn profile to the meeting invite so the interviewer could have it up during our call (no biggie). 2. Text the interviewer when I was on the Zoom call to let them know I had arrived. 3. Read an article provided in the email. Honestly, I didn't put in much effort given it was only a 15-minute interview. I did only skim the article, so that's on me, but I also went to the website, checked Glassdoor, read reviews on Google, and had some questions about what an "unbundled attorney" actually was. Was this an industry term or a company-specific term? I'll admit I wasn't as prepared as I should have been, but when it comes to lead generation, I know it inside and out. The interviewer's demeanor overshadowed the entire experience, making it downright bizarre. Best of luck to those being considered for the position - you've been warned.
