Interview process consisted of the following:
1. Initial phone screen from a recruiter,
2. Phone screen by Regional HR.
3. Phone interview with a reporting VP.
4. Face to face interview with the same VP.
5. Webcam with Executive VP
6. In-person interview with Executive VP, Regional VP, HR Director, and a Sr. Site Manager. This included a tour of the facility and general dialogue as well.
While I didn't receive an offer, I didn't leave with a negative impression of the company or the personnel who work there. The process is extensive, but for warranted for any leadership position where you will impact change in the company. I was an out of state candidate so I did travel to Columbus, OH for the 1st in-person interview, and to Cincinnati, OH for 2nd-panel interview.
