Entretien
First round was conducted by two people: Hiring Manager and Principal Software Engineer. The questions were mainly based on my past experience and project management like How do you deliver high quality code? Then I was invited for 2 hour onsite interview. Before interview, I was provided a design question and was asked to be prepare for discussion. On the day, I had to talk around 9 people. Some asked technical questions. Some asked behavioral and some were past project related. Finally, I was asked to design the application which they sent me prior. I discussed it with Principal Engineer and Database Admin. In the end, I was given a sheet with 2 SQL query questions. I got a call from HR next day that they wanted to move forward with an offer.

Entretien
1st stage - phone interview by boss-to-be
2nd stage - 3-4 hour face to face interview by the following:
HR: welcome and close with box-ticking questions and questionnaire
Technical team members: longest part of the interview
Boss-to-be: a mix of technical and general
Boss of boss-to-be: general
Most of the development work requires the use of a proprietary software, that's why all the candidates are shown this, which is good as the candidates know what they are getting into.
